Daughter/Daddy Dance

Last Friday was the town's annual Daddy/Daughter dance, or as Raptor says 'Daughter/Daddy Dance'. Last year she was so proud to go with Daddy but wouldn't let him dance with her. He was supposed to watch her! This year, she was tickled to have him dance with her. I couldn't believe how grown up and pretty she looked that night. She loves her Daddy and I could tell she felt so special to get to go on this special date.

Of course, her elephant friend had to accompany them. She was done with pictures and wanted to be on the way!

3 days 2 cakes 1 tired Mommy

Last week I made 2 cakes in 3 days, had 1 day of rest and then made 60 mini cupcakes (no pics of the cupcakes). Here's the proof:

He turned 8!

We are so proud of Ramble. He chose to be baptized a member of our church. He was so excited and happy to be baptized by immersion and to receive the gift of the Holy Ghost that he almost bounced off his seat as the Bishop was speaking before Daddy baptized him.

We went to Nanny and Pop Pop's for Christmas this year and had a great time. The kids loved it. They got to play, help, and spend time with Nanny, Pop Pop, Aunt B & Uncle R, and their cousins. I guess it's better late than never with pictures huh. So here they are:
