Wow! It's the first day of school and Ramble is officially a First Grader! He was so excited for today! We went school shopping and found just the right pants and shirts. We even had to get specific shoes--'slimers'. They glow in the dark and have fake green slime on them. Just perfect for the first grader on the go. Raptor was so upset that she didn't get to stay at school. In her mind, she is old enough and if Ramble gets to do it, then so should she. All we heard this morning from her was 'Bubba', 5 seconds of silence, 'Bubba', 2 seconds of silence, 'Bubba'. This went on and on even though I kept telling her that Bubba was at school. She was really excited to pick him up at noon (half day on the first day).
First grade is great! It looks like he is loving it! Our boys are growing so fast!
